This one-day equipping event with Dr. Preston Sprinkle features three interactive sessions to equip pastors and ministry leaders to lead faithfully in today’s rapidly changing culture. Sessions include: Faithfulness in an Age of Compromise, An Honest Conversation on Women in Leadership, and Navigating Sexuality and Gender with Truth and Grace. Preston is a well-known theologian, speaker, podcaster, New York Times bestselling author, and the co-founder and president of The Center for Faith, Sexuality & Gender. He is widely recognized for helping Christians navigate complex cultural and theological issues with biblical conviction, intellectual honesty, and grace.

In an age of deep cultural division, Preston will challenge us to think critically, embracing an identity rooted in God’s kingdom. Join us as we explore what it truly means to be salt and light in an ever-changing world and discover faithful ways to be the Church ( or reflect Christ. Or be in the city for the city).

3:40PM | Session Two: An Honest Conversation on Women in Leadership

What does the Bible really say about women in church leadership? It's a question that faithful Christians debate, and one Preston wrestled with for several years while writing his newest book, 'From Genesis to Junia' (https://ctrk.klclick.com/l/01M2NHR027DCYNDPN1SMSQMSXZ_4). 

Join us as Preston shares his own journey with this question and engages the  conversation about how the church can empower women to lead.
