This one-day equipping event with Dr. Preston Sprinkle features three interactive sessions to equip pastors and ministry leaders to lead faithfully in today’s rapidly changing culture.
Sessions include: Faithfulness in an Age of Compromise, An Honest Conversation on Women in Church Leadership, and Navigating Sexuality and Gender with Truth and Grace. Join us for a day of thoughtful conversation, practical equipping, and meaningful dialogue.

2:00 PM | Session One: The Church in Exile: Faithfulness in an Age of Compromise

In an age of deep cultural division, Preston will challenge us to think critically, embracing an identity rooted in God’s kingdom. Join us as we explore what it truly means to be salt and light in an ever-changing world and discover faithful ways to reflect the love of Christ.

3:40 PM | Session Two: An Honest Conversation on Women in Church Leadership

What does the Bible really say about women in church leadership? It's a question that faithful Christians debate, and one Preston wrestled with for several years while writing his newest book, 'From Genesis to Junia'. 

Join us as Preston shares his own journey with this question and engages the conversation about how the church can empower women to lead.

7:00 PM | Session Three: Navigating Sexuality and Gender with Truth and Grace

Gender and sexuality are among the most pressing issues facing the church today. Friends Church YL and Friends Christian School, in partnership with FSW, are hosting this crucial conversation with Preston on how to navigate these topics with wisdom, grace, and faithfulness to Jesus.

This unique opportunity is designed for parents, grandparents, educators, school administrators, NextGen ministry leaders, and anyone who cares about raising and influencing children and students to faithfully follow Jesus. Join us for a timely and meaningful conversation.
